Gainesville R User Group
R is a popular programming language for data analysis and visualization that is widely used both in industry and in academia.
The Gainesville R User Group meets monthly (usually the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30 to 8pm), in UFII office – E251 CSE (next to Marston Science Library) on the UF campus, to learn about new packages, methods, or tips to become a more effective R user and programmer. We serve the North Central Florida area, and members from UF and outside of campus are welcome to attend. We provide a friendly and welcoming environment for all. We use the meetup.com website to organize and announce the meetings, but you can also follow us on Twitter (https://twitter.com/gnvrug) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/ruggnv/). For more information, contact François Michonneau at firstname.lastname@example.org.
