UFII Invited Speakers

Throughout each semester, the UFII Invited Speaker Series brings experts from around the world in both academia and industry to the University of Florida to share their knowledge, research, and experiences in Informatics and Informatics related fields. Interdisciplinary and spanning multiple fields, each speaker brings something new to the University and supports the UFII mission in exploring the contemporary application of Informatics and Big Data as well as increasing our community outreach and awareness of upcoming opportunities and advancements. We encourage those of all status, whether faculty, staff, student, or aspiring researcher to attend our lecture series. If all this hasn’t convinced you to join us, there is a BIG bonus: Held during the lunch hour, the lecture series is free and lunch is provided.

Below you will find a list of prior speakers with the link to his/her event page which includes the corresponding abstract.
